Life OS Realtime is a personal productivity automation system operated for the account owner's own use.
The application may access Gmail messages and Google Calendar events authorized by the account owner in order to identify actionable tasks, track email thread status, and synchronize dated items with Google Calendar.
Google user data is used only to operate the personal Life OS automation requested by the account owner. The application is not offered as a public service and does not sell user data.
Authentication credentials are stored securely using Google Cloud Secret Manager. Processing state may be stored in Google Cloud services for deduplication and task synchronization.
Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Data is only sent to services necessary to operate the user's own workflow, including the user's Notion workspace and Google Calendar where applicable.
The account owner can revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
